I love your products but am not from Canada. Can I still order?
We don't offer international shipping at this time but we do have our collection in the United States - spicesandco.com and we'll ship your order anywhere in the United States.
I want to show off my parcel at Friday’s cocktail party. Can I get it by then?
While we can’t guarantee delivery times for single box purchases, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 days. We are working on a 2-day rush delivery option which will be available shortly.
Can I customize a box for a special occasion?
Absolutely! Pick and choose from our collections, buy a Spices & Co. Gift Box and build your gift at home.
Where do you source your products?
Anywhere we travel! There are no limits to where we draw our inspiration! We like it, we offer it!
Are your products nut-free?
We can't commit to any of our products to be nut-free or allergen-free. There's an ingredient list for each products but if you have harmful allergies, we suggest you withhold.
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on non-food items only. If something is wrong with your order, contact us right away. For boxes, we only accept returns of the entire box, and for products, they have to be in mint condition. Exchanges orders will receive a full refund, with no stock or handling charges, replacement order pricing as shown on website. If you'd prefer a refund to your credit card, $6 will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping and handling charges. Food items are not returnable and non-refundable.
Can you have the delivery person leave my package at my doorstep if I'm not home?
This is usually left up to the person who is delivering your package. There's no guaranteed way to make this happen, but a good try is to put the instruction in the ¨Address 2¨ field of your shipping address or try leaving a note on your door.
